The feedback was felt right away, as many customers said they would be leaving.

Durbin Amendment to the 2010 Dodd-Frank financial reform bill forced banks to change the fee from 44 cents to 21 on purchases with a debit card.

Now, you might say I am crazy, but the $5 fee did not bother me at all. We have to pay for everything we do now a days. The way I look at it, I rarely ever use my debit card to make purchases, always use my credit card to get reward points.

Bank of America is currently considering dropping the fee, but only time will tell what actually will happen.

Netflix

Last quarter was absolutely terrible for Netflix, which was covered with TERRIBLE PR decisions.

I was one of those 800,000 subscribers that left. What I don’t understand is WHY change things when they were clearly working fine.

Currently Netflix has 23.8 million subscribers.

The only way I will once again be a customer if prices come back down to a reasonable price.

This is like any investment, it could go well or completely fail. This is why I actually want to take the next two months to study and research a lot. I know two months is not a LONG time, but it should be a good enough time to start off with very small campaigns.

Last year, I was making $50 a month off this blog and was doing no advertising, marketing or anything. It was simply off the traffic I was getting. So I know if I can make a little cash with doing nothing I can turn that into a higher number when I fully devote time and money into it.

I blog very randomly, if there is a topic I like I will post about it, it may only be a picture or a video. Majority of the time it will be about sports because that is what I like the most.

The New York Red Bulls can clinch the final playoff spot tonight with a win over the Philadelphia Union. There are a few other ways, which are posted below, but their best way in is to get the three points tonight.

Tonight the Red Bulls will be without captain, Thierry Henry. The last time these two meet in Philadelphia, Roger Torres had the lone goal in the 68th minute when Tim Ream gave the ball away to Union striker Danny Mwanga in his own half.

This will be my third trip to Red Bull Arena in the last two weeks. I got to see the Red Bull beat the La Galaxy 2-0 in stunning fashion and sadly watch the USMNT lose to Ecuador 0-1.

Other Scenarios to make the playoffs:

New York Red Bulls clinch a place in the MLS Cup Playoffs IF

• they defeat Philadelphia Union

OR

• they tie Philadelphia Union AND
• Portland Timbers win AND tie in their two games

OR

• they lose to Philadelphia Union AND
• Portland Timbers lose at least one game AND
• D.C. United fail to win either game AND
• Chicago Fire fail to win

I have been a New Jersey Nets fan every since I was a little kid and now it is not a 15 minute drive to go see a game anymore. It his now a HIKE, even if I was to take a train there are a few transfers. Although it is great that the Nets now have their own arena and the Barclay’s Center looks amazing! I will definitely have to attend a game just to see the arena.
