Black Friday is quickly approaching!!! I have been looking around at http://www.blackfriday.info/ at all the great deals this year. April, of next year I will be going a 10 day tour of Italy, which will be posted about soon! I have been looking for the best camera I can get at a really reasonable price.

This year seems to have ALOT of good deals and I am just loving it. Whatever store I choose to get the camera from, I will be getting there nice and early. My guess this year is TV’s will be going fast. I want to get in and out of the store fast. I have been waiting for weeks for this day. Of course, I, Plan on buying more then just a camera. That is just the top of my list so that I can bring more pictures and videos to this blog.

A normal black friday morning

I can never make up my mind…… Do I want to blog how to make money? Do I want to blog on my favorite sports teams? or should I just do my everyday life?….. Well I THINK, I got it figured out this time. I am not a successful blogger YET, or at least I would like to be come one. I consider my self a new and young blogger. Age doesn’t play a key in blogging. Some people are 16 years old and are already a “pro blogger” lets say.

Then you have a 30 year old, just starting his/her first blog and being a complete rookie. It is all trial and error, just like everything else in this world. So today at 12:11 AM, my journey begins to ACTUALLY start my blog and make a run to the top.

Today is the day were I say goodbye to Optimum Online and hello to Verizon FIOS!!!!! As I am writing this the tech is outside running the fiber optic line to the house. I ordered this two weeks ago and have been waiting ever since. Not only will I have faster internet but I also will have better TV too. A lot more channels and If I want to add a package, the price compared to Optimum Online is a no brainier.

The reason so many people fail online so quickly is because they don’t get traffic, at least not enough of it.

The problem is, people end up spending money on advertising without making much (if any) profit back, or they simply spend too much time trying to get free traffic and burn themselves out.

Well, I am going to start with the fundamental tasks that you should focus on first, then we’ll take it from there…

1. Directory submissions.

This can be achieved using automated submission software or can be done by hand. It’s a little dull but will result in lots of back links to your website for better visibility in the search engines. This is pay off as you add more content and back links to your site.

2. Social bookmarking.

This is about submitting links to the major Web 2.0 social bookmarking sites such as Digg, Propeller and Reddit (to name just a few). The great thing is you can use software such as socialmarker.com to make the process far easier. You can also buy inexpensive software to automate the whole process.

The benefit of social bookmarking your content is so that you gain back links from these authority sites (which is essential for being found in the search engines) but also, if you content is worthwhile and interesting, you increase the chances of your submission being passed around other readers really quickly, which can of course result in a lot of traffic to your website.

3. Back links.

Back links are the backbone of getting your pages listed high in the search engines. The more people link to your site naturally (i.e. without being paid or listing your site in some sort of link farm where the site linking to you is junk), then the better your rankings will be in the search engines. 4. Collaboration.

Welcome to the new site! I bought the theme “OneTheme“. Now with a new look, I plan on doing alot more with this site. What I need to do is get a new logo, it is not my main goal at the moment but I will be getting one soon. I am also going to be changing the layout a little so what you see right now is not how it will look in the near future.

Why change?

I felt like it was time to get more serious about this blog. OneTheme is going to help me do that. Yes, wordpress is very easy to use and with One-Theme it makes it extremely easy to edit and maintain your site, with just a few clicks. It did cost me a nice penny, $99 dollars to be exact but it was more then worth it. If you are looking for a good theme to go with, OneTheme is the way to goooooooooo!
